We are currently seeking a casual Customer Care Telemarketer to support our growing operations in Wilston, Brisbane.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who is motivated, personable, and eager to learn. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. About the Role
As a Customer Care Telemarketer, you’ll be responsible for initiating outbound calls to homeowners, investors, and potential clients. Your role will be to introduce our services, gather key information, and identify new business opportunities for our sales team. This position is essential in helping us grow and maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to introduce our services and identify leads
Engaging in professional, friendly conversations to identify client needs
Updating client details and lead information accurately in our CRM system
Following up with leads to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
Collaborating with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities
Providing outstanding customer service that reflects our company values
Meeting call targets and contributing to team goals
This role will see you working closely with an experienced and friendly team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and individual growth.

Confident and professional on the phone, with strong verbal communication skills
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage information efficiently

Previous experience is not required. Training and support will be provided to help you settle into the role and thrive in our team environment. If you have experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or call-based roles, your skills will be highly transferable.
