About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional support to our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for nutrition or food science students or practitioners who want to develop their skills in a growing company. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
● Offer accurate product information to help customers understand our nutritional range
● Follow up on orders and deliveries, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently
● Support resellers and clinics that recommend our products

About You:

● A strong interest in nutrition, food science, or related fields (preferred)
● Previous experience in customer service or sales
● Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
● Strong computer literacy and e-commerce experience (highly desirable)
● Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
● Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
