About the Company

The Winston Hotel is part of a leading family hospitality group which offers a range of newly renovated bars, a busy bistro, large bottle shop and stylish gaming room. We are looking for an experienced manager who leads by example and has a strong focus on customer service.

About you

· Have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience in pubs/hotels

· Strong background in high volume F&B venues

· Extensive knowledge of TAB and gaming operations

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Current RSA & RCG

What you will need to succeed

You are a ‘hands on’ individual who has a passion for maintaining positive client and customer relationships. You will have experience within a hotel/pub environment and will show initiative to take on any duties that come your way by shifting priorities and being extremely flexible.

During opening hours, you will maintain a constant and visible presence in public areas of the hotel and ensure compliance with licensing laws, WHS and company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for opening and closing procedures (including liaising with Security), staff supervision, cash handling, till reconciliations, stock control and stock takes.
