We are looking for the next superstar Duty Manager at North Nowra Tavern.
The North Nowra Tavern offers a fantastic bistro, lovely beer garden with kid's playground, state of the art Sports Bar with TAB and KENO facilities, an exciting gaming room, drive thru bottle shop and unrivaled customer service. The newly complete renovations make this local pub THE place to relax with family and friends in Nowra.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Duty Manager. They may be someone who has had management experience or someone who is looking to take on a Duty Manager role and progress their hospitality career.

As Duty Manager, your role is a crucial one. You are to be a leader and a mentor to your fellow colleagues by setting the example of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation.
Job role summary
Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. From managing inventory to overseeing staff, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the pub running like a well-oiled machine.
Customer Service Champion: Be the face of hospitality! Foster a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every visit to our pub is an memorable experience and always met with fun and positivity.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and motivated team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle challenges and compliance with grace and creativity. Whether it's resolving customer issues or addressing operational hiccups, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the General Manager and your support team to implement strategies for growth and improvement. Creatively contribute to venue promotions and offerings. Your insights and collaborative mindset will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
