We are funded by the Federal Government under the Industry Growth Centre model and our work spans clean-tech manufacturing including: solar, wind, carbon, industrial decarbonisation, First Nations, transport, transmission and distribution.
We also have a very specific focus on the battery sector in regard to training, skills and workforce development, which is why this role is so important.
THE ROLE
The Project Officer - Reporting will capture and communicate program outcomes and impacts to the Federal Government through regular, detailed and accurate reporting. Ongoing data analysis will ensure that the program remains responsive to evolving industry needs and that Australia’s battery industry remains at the cutting edge of an exciting, complex and rapidly changing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain data collection systems to track training, industry engagement and program outcomes
· Ensure data accuracy and security, following best practices and adhering to the Australian Privacy Principles.
· Maintain a database of approved training providers, industry participants and stakeholders
· Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and stakeholder engagement through quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
· Ensure timely submission of compliance reporting
· Assist in the organisation of activities and events
· Contribute to the overall program administration
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
· A post-secondary qualification in business administration or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
· Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations applicable to workforce and education programs.
· Confidence in arranging high level stakeholder meetings involving travel and accommodation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
