Role Description
We are seeking an exceptional sales agent to lead sales for our latest flagship project.
If you're ready to take on a challenge and showcase your sales skills, we want to hear from you
General functions of the role include:
Conducting display suite appointments
Prospecting new buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity
Updating online listings to accurately reflect property information
Generating enquiry reports to track leads and the quality of marketing
Assisting with the negotiation and exchange of sales contracts

Role Requirements
Certificate of Registration
Previous demonstrated experience in Off The Plan Project Sales
A High Level of Personal Presentation
Mandarin Language skills are preferred but not essential
