We are seeking an Experienced Project Sales Executive who’s looking to get stuck into a large pipeline of quality stock, you will have access on an exclusive basis.

Our client is currently representing over $400 million in projects spanning Mascot to Macarthur. The projects are mixed use, residential, commercial, and industrial.

This position is Monday through Friday (weekend by appointment) and is approximately 75% office-based as there are no display suites. There are 6-7 sites, which are mainly pre-sales, pre-construction phases, with 1-2 close to completion. Rather than onsite displays, client presentations and walkthroughs often take place in-office using models, renders, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert incoming buyer enquiries across multiple projects
  • Conduct database calls to generate leads and new business
  • Present project details to clients, including visual plans, pricing, and selections
  • Maintain regular sales reports, enquiry data, and lead conversion tracking
  • Manage end-to-end sales transactions through to exchange and settlement
  • Coordinate with developers, internal marketing teams, and legal representatives
  • Nurture buyers throughout the settlement period
  • Post settlement defect management
  • Cross-sell property management services where appropriate
  • Attend pre-booked weekend appointments (as required)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in project sales or residential sales or Commercial Sales/Leasing
  • Work ethic and ability to self motivate
  • Confident presenting to investors, buyers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Proficient with CRMs, Excel, and digital presentation tools
  • Real Estate Licence (required)
