Our client is a well-respected boutique builder based in Sydney, known for delivering high-quality apartment builds and select government projects. With a strong pipeline of work and an enviable reputation among clients and subcontractors, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to step in and lead the way.

The Role:

You'll oversee projects from start to finish - planning, procurement, delivery and handover - managing timelines, budgets and client relationships with precision and confidence.

You'll need:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multi-residential or government construction space

Strong understanding of construction processes, codes and contracts

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track and on budget
