The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing major projects from inception to completion. Your expertise and leadership will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of complex HVAC projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of large-scale HVAC projects, including planning, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead a team of project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration for project success.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and financial targets.
• Collaborate with the in-house engineering and drafting team to review and optimize HVAC designs, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Implement effective project management methodologies, quality control processes, and risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and maximize project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular project status reports, including financial updates, to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects valued at $20 million and above.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Experience managing project teams, including engineers, drafters, subcontractors, and site-based labor teams.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
