A highly respected and leading Aged Care organisation, renowned for its commitment to excellence in care and service delivery, is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their dynamic finance team on a three-month contract.

This pivotal role will support core financial operations, with key responsibilities including:

• Processing admissions and departures
• Managing monthly and fortnightly billing cycles
• Handling direct debit arrangements
• Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Assisting with debtor collections (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who brings:

• A diploma qualification in Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in Aged Care accounting, specifically in billing
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical and numerical ability
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Proven experience implementing or improving billing processes
