About the Role

We are seeking a capable and organised Student Services Officer to join our growing operations team. This front-line administrative role covers student enquiries, application processing, payments, student interviews, and placement coordination. It is suitable for someone who is confident, fast on the phone, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Process student applications and set up payment plans

Support scheduling of student placements and coordinate related logistics

Conduct routine student interviews using scripted processes

Update CRM records and maintain accurate internal data

Rotate across duties including enrolments, finance, placement, and admin

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification (must be from the Australian VET system)

Strong verbal and written English skills

Experience in administration, enrolments, or similar office-based roles

Fast and accurate computer skills; confident across multiple systems

Able to start at 8:00 am and work to 4:00 pm (opening hours)

Based within easy commuting distance of Baldivis
