Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to support and coordinate our HR management functions. Reporting to the CEO, this part-time position (8 hours per week) offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive HR practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

Oversee employee records and HR systems

Provide support on performance management and employee relations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Live Performance Award (MA000081)

Support staff training and development initiatives

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as contribute to policy development and updates

Assist with payroll administration and general HR tasks

About You

Qualification in Human Resources Management or similar

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Demonstrated experience with HR systems

Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

Excellent administrative and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member

A proactive, can-do attitude

Possession of or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
