Our client is a national resources organisation, recognised for valuing and developing its people. They have a newly created opportunity for a motivated, highly driven Senior Human Resources Advisor to provide guidance and support to their WA operations in all areas of Human Resources.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will partner with managers and supervisors to provide HR and ER support and advice in line with the company's strategic objectives. This is a broad generalist role where the key responsibilities include:

Partnering with managers, supervisors and employees providing advice and support on complex HR and ER matters.

Coaching and supporting leaders by providing consistent and timely advice regarding disputes and grievances and performance management.

Ensuring organisational compliance with relevant legislation and policy.

Collaborating with managers and the recruitment team on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and onboarding.

Assisting in the development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Championing key HR initiatives to ensure positive culture and retention.

Guiding and mentoring HR team members.

Updating and maintaining the HRIS and HR reporting.
