About the Role:
As the firm's standalone HR Manager, you'll have full ownership of the HR function and the autonomy to shape it to suit the business's needs. Reporting to three Partners, you'll take ownership of:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including agency coordination
• Drafting and issuing employment contracts
• Leading onboarding and probation check-ins
• Organising internal and external training days, including logistics and IT support
• Tracking CPD points and compliance
• Coordinating informal offboarding and exit interviews
• Managing the performance review cycle (including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up)
• Establishing policies and procedures suited to a professional services environment
• Providing HR guidance and managing upwards with confidence and diplomacy

About You:
You're a confident and capable HR generalist with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a standalone role. You enjoy building systems and processes and have the initiative to drive your own workload with minimal direction.

You'll also bring:
