Your new role

In this HR Manager role, you will oversee the HR admin and report to the managing director. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing trusted advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance management matters
  
• Managing all aspects of office administration, including procurement
  
• Reviewing, updating and drafting policies and procedures
  
• Creating and driving the business HR strategy
  
• Assisting with recruitment
  
• Producing reports and analysing HR data
  
• Oversee and approve payroll

What you'll need to succeed

Your experience in an HR Manager role and having worked in a blue-collar industry is a must, as well as:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field
  
• Extensive labour legislation knowledge for Australia and NZ
  
• Experience working in a highly regulated and compliance-driving company
  
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport at the senior management level
  
• The ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is desirable
