Your Impact:
Make a meaningful contribution to safety documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate effectively with the WHSE team, providing essential administrative support.
Assist in coordinating incident investigations and hazard reporting, contributing to timely resolutions.
Implement streamlined document control procedures with precision, ensuring records remain organised and up to date.
Apply lean principles to enhance the efficiency of administrative processes.
Support the implementation of WHSE administrative practices, procedures, and systems.
Assist in creation of training material and updating of existing training documentation.
Provide user support and lead system training.
Assist in delivering safety education programs.
Assist with transfer of employees to appointments using your own personal vehicle.
Contribute to the development and delivery of administrative aspects of impactful WHSE training programs.
Keep safety at the forefront by regularly communicating safety moments and WHSE updates.
Your Profile:
Be studying or hold a Certificate IV or higher in Work Health and Safety.
Possess foundational administrative skills or have completed relevant coursework in administration.
Exhibit a strong desire to learn and grow within a WHSE administrative role.
Showcase excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain a commitment to precision in documentation.
Demonstrate a willingness to navigate incident management documentation involving various stakeholders.
Display an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
Exhibit strong time management, organisational, and planning skills.
Prerequisites:
Demonstrate eligibility to work in Australia.
Current drivers license.
Be open to obtaining a National Police Clearance at your own expense.
Be willing to undergo a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening, through our designated provider.
