L&D Earthmoving Ltd is Brisbane’s longest standing Earthmoving company, that has been servicing the Southeast corner of Queensland since 1954, twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week.

With an impressive fleet of machinery, L&D is able to supply wet hire machinery to customers, anytime, anyplace, any task.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Earthmoving Fleet Allocator, preferably with an earthmoving machinery and sales background. You'll be working in an environment where you need to be; organised, with excellent people skills, excellent attention to detail, and a strong customer service focus.

Allocate 365 software and Earthmoving experience, viewed very favourably.

This role has alternating shifts - 6am to 2pm and 9am to 5pm (with an additional on-call allowance payable).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Assist with daily allocations of all plant hire.

Answer phone calls and take new bookings.

Liaising with shareholders / operators.

Be part of the sales team building our customer base.

General administration activities.

Work with and sign-up new subcontractors.

Day to day admin and compliance.
