The role:

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy within the Workers Compensation market
• Leverage existing relationships to secure meetings, build pipeline, and close business
• Engage directly with clients at executive and operational levels
• Act as a credible advisor, translating industry insight into meaningful conversations
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth solution delivery and client satisfaction

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in the Workers Compensation sector, with a clear understanding of industry stakeholders, processes, and commercial drivers
• A strong and trusted industry network across insurers, rehab providers and self-insurance
• A proven ability to generate your own meetings and opportunities, with a hunter mindset and a consultative sales approach
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills
• A strategic, forward-thinking approach to market development, not just account management
