Depot Supervisor & Business Development – Brisbane

Dynamic Hydro Excavations is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee operations at our Brisbane depot while actively chasing and securing work across the region.

This is a unique dual-role for someone who thrives in the yard and in the field — managing equipment, supporting operators, and growing our pipeline of work across civil, infrastructure, and utilities projects.

About the Role:

Oversee daily yard operations, including truck scheduling, gear readiness, and crew coordination

Liaise with operators, clients, and management to ensure smooth job delivery

Actively pursue new business opportunities across South-East QLD

Prepare and submit quotes, assist with tendering and pricing

Maintain yard cleanliness, organisation, and compliance

Be the key point of contact for local clients and work crews

We’re Looking For:

A motivated, self-starter with operational experience in the civil or hydro excavation space

Someone who can take initiative, build relationships, and represent the Dynamic brand with pride

Background in yard/depot supervision, scheduling, or site coordination

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Bonus if you’ve operated vac trucks, water trucks or have worked in the field

Current driver’s licence (HR/HC/MC an advantage)
