The Client:

Our client is a well-established strata specialist expanding their team. With extensive strata experience that surpasses many larger companies, this boutique business is seeking a motivated Assistant Strata Manager to join their close-knit work family. Known for their exceptional company culture and commitment to professional development, they welcome fresh talent into the industry. They offer supportive, open-door management that encourages growth and fosters amazing team morale with strong staff retention.

The Role:

  • Provide support and assistance to a Strata Manager, receiving mentorship from industry leaders
  • Perform ad-hoc strata administration duties
  • Manage repairs and maintenance for Body Corporate properties
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Body Corporate committees and tradespeople
  • Assist with risk and insurance tasks, such as annual fire safety and insurance checks, and obtaining quotations
  • Full training provided for any unfamiliar tasks and processes

The Candidate Must Possess:

  • Ideally 6+ months experience in Body Corporate administration or a similarly related industry
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
