Ray White Sherwood is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Property Management Department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate, who is ready to take the first step toward becoming a Property Manager.
About the Role:
This junior position is designed for growth. Over the course of 12 months, you will be fully supported and trained to transition into managing your own portfolio as a Property Manager.
In the meantime, your primary responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and handling incoming enquiries (both phone and in-person)
Coordinating new tenant welcome packs
Processing rental applications
Preparing lease agreements and entry notices
Assisting with leasing inspections
Conducting routine property inspections two days per week

You will need:
A current Registration Certificate (QLD Real Estate)
A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
Exceptional communication skills
A genuine desire to build a career in property management
Industry experience is preferred but not essential – we’re looking for someone keen to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time.
