DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee Leasing Consultant
• Conduct tenant viewings
• End to end leasing process
• Rental enquiries, over the phone and email
• Communicate with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate advertising for rentals
• Update relevant websites and rental lists
• Maintain properties to a well-presented standard
• Work in collaboration with BDM Team and Property Management Team

THE CANDIDATE:

• Current valid QLD driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
• Residential Leasing experience
• Experience using Inspect Real Estate and ideally PropertyMe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Goal and target driven
• Positive attitude
• Local area knowledge
• Initiative and a proactive mindset
