What you'll be doing
Join the Metabolic & Weight Loss Service at Blacktown Hospital in a vital admin role supporting patients and clinic operations in a fast-paced team. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Assisting with clinic bookings, patient rego & waitlists
- Delivering high-level customer & reception support
- Managing Medicare billing and admin tasks
- Coordinating daily office workflows
- Working in a collaborative, multi-tasking team

Selection Criteria:
- Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
- Demonstrated computer/data entry skills, specifically MS office products, e-mail and iPM.
- Demonstrated experience in working with multifunctional teams preferably within a health setting.
