The Role
As an experienced and respected local professional with strong community connections, you will lead our team and grow our established and successful holiday rental business. Reporting to the Regional General Manager and COO, with robust support from Alloggio's central support and functional leadership teams, you will excel at bringing out the best in those around you to deliver positive commercial outcomes in our customer-centric business.
You will oversee a thriving holiday management portfolio in Hunter Valley, including managing owner relationships, property care functions, guest experience management, housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, purchasing, inspections, property presentation, and inventory management.

Portfolio Growth: Expand and retain your property portfolio by building strong local networks and identifying growth opportunities.
Owner & Vendor Relationships: Maintain positive, professional relationships with property owners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Pricing & Performance: Use internal tools to analyse market trends and optimise pricing, ensuring maximum revenue and occupancy.
Guest Experience: Oversee guest satisfaction by ensuring efficient check-in/out processes, prompt issue resolution, and positive review management.
Compliance & Property Care: Conduct regular property inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure all properties meet compliance standards.
Team & Culture: Support a positive, solutions-focused workplace and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and drive results.
About You:
Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel or motel management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
A customer-focused mindset, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
