PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL

Following a series of exciting project wins, we are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure works. This role requires solid technical knowledge and experience across public domain upgrades, cycleways, stormwater and drainage, road construction/resurfacing, traffic signals, street lighting, electrical, and landscaping works.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil projects from award through to handover

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders

Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to assess materials and cost

Prepare and manage project budgets and cost controls

Develop and maintain construction documentation (SWMS, ITPs, site plans)

Mentor and train engineers and project staff

Oversee quality assurance to meet Council and TfNSW standards

Plan and schedule works, labour, plant, and material resources

Coordinate with clients to ensure project expectations and approvals are met

Contribute to construction methodology, staging, and design optimisation

Flexibility to work varying hours as needed to support project delivery

About You

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)

Proven leadership in delivering civil infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of WHS, quality systems, and local authority standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with attention to detail and time management

Demonstrated experience with council, infrastructure, streetscape or utilities projects

Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card
