Key Skills, experience, and attributes include:

Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience

Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.

Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality control.

Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions

Ensure project HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) standards are met

Prepare financial reports, risk assessments, and project schedules

Foster a collaborative team environment to support staff development and internal progression

Demonstrable experience managing the delivery of Civil Infrastructure.

Solid programming and planning skills

Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude

Strong commercial acumen

Natural leadership qualities

A high level of understanding and appreciation for WHS

Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Lead a team of site supervision staff and ensure effective project progress monitoring and reporting.

Develop project scope, schedules, and implementation plans.

Manage project budget and costs effectively.
