Drilling Operations Manager

Due to increasing demand for services, we are seeking an experienced manager to run and expand our onsite drilling and civil operations.
Base Salary $150,000+ p/a with a highly attractive bonus structure
Opportunity to build a division and grow with the company
Work in both mining and infrastructure sectors
This is a full-time position is based in Perth, WA with project dependent FIFO travel required.
Main Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating all day-to-day operational activities across multiple sites
Actively manage, train, and develop field operations personnel through positive leadership
Work closely with the management team to ensure the setting and maintaining of clear expectations that reflect the company brand and ethos
Ensure the health and safety of all personnel in all areas of the business operations by promoting adherence to a zero-harm outcome
Participating as a key member of the company's existing leadership team, being proactive in affecting change, developing solutions and delivering improvements and processes
Desired requirements for this role are:
3+ years' Earthworks and/or Civil experience
Strong Mechanical Knowledge
HR truck license
5+ years’ experience in various drilling methods - i.e. RC, Diamond, Geotech, Enviromental
Cert. III in Drilling Operations (RII31809)
Class 1 or greater Water Well license
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of D&A test
Ability to obtain a Police Clearance upon request
Must have full working rights in Australia
