We’re now looking for our first key hire — an Operations Manager / Second-in-Command who will work directly with the founder to bring our vision to life.

About the Role

You’ll act as a strategic partner, operational powerhouse, and trusted right hand — driving forward key initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and helping steer the ship as we launch and scale.

You’ll be embedded across every function of the business, helping us launch, scale, and execute flawlessly — all while staying aligned to the brand’s premium & aspirational standards. This role is designed with a future leadership runway built in, with hiring for your own support staff in short time.

You will be working from our warm, luxe aesthetic office in Albion. Coming to work should feel special and leaving each day should have you feeling accomplished.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day operations across the business

Oversee service delivery (including vendor, digital clinic, and customer management)

Project manage key business initiatives (from systems to marketing to service design)

Build and refine internal processes for scale and elegance

Act as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and decision support for the founder

Represent the brand in meetings and communications where needed

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are Brisbane-based and available full-time

Are tech-savvy, AI-literate, and excited about innovation

You’re detail-oriented, practical, and exceptionally organised

Have strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and client experience

Thrive in autonomy, love variety, and can think on your feet

Communicate clearly, present professionally, and understand premium customer service

Can stretch beyond your job description to solve the next business requirement

Are calm under pressure, reliable, and execute fast

Have high standards, good taste, and a natural sense for premium brand environments

Have experience in operations, health tech, or startups

Can think strategically and both create and follow systems

Have previously trained and managed staff

Previously worked as a generalist in a high-growth environment

What Success Looks Like in stage one:

We’ll define your KPIs together, with a massive bonus structure for performance but success might look like:

Executing a ‘launch to market’ strategy and campaign

Coordinating marketing, content & tech professionals to get the job done

Getting deep in the customer journey as we build out the service model

Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partnerships

Smooth operational flow — you’re the engine that keeps it all moving

Founder has more space — because you’ve got things handled
