Right now we are looking for highly motivated and experienced residential carpenters and Leading hands to come and join one of our three teams of 4 to be responsible for providing timely service with a fantastic finished home for our clients.

Over the past 30 years, our clients have trusted us to transform over 250 homes, and with 5 star client reviews and consistently being finalists in the HIA awards, we have become known on the quality of our workmanship and exceeding the clients expectations.

For the successful applicant, your role with us will be:

Full time position with consistent work on the same project from beginning to end

North West Sydney locations, based in the Hills district

Work close to home and cut down your travel time and expenses

Leading hand role includes company car with petrol, tolls and servicing included. Carpenters include daily travel allowance

Have a high attention to detail working on small to large scale projects that frequently range up to $1.5m

Be an enthusiastic team player working alongside a Supervisor, Leading Hand carpenter and apprentices

Have experience in all aspects of residential carpentry and building including frames, fix outs and roofing

Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and help supervise apprentices and carpenters

Be able to provide our clients with excellent communication skills and customer service

In order to succeed in this role you will need:

Carpentry license, Cert III essential

Drivers license and own appropriate work vehicle ute with toolboxes

WHS white card

Own tools
