Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about supporting meaningful work? Allinto is seeking a skilled Finance Support Officer to join our team and provide vital financial processing support to our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel and data entry skills who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes in a purpose-led organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Accurately process high volumes of invoices and payment data
• Maintain and reconcile records for CHSP service delivery and billing
• Track and update invoice statuses (submitted, pending, paid)
• Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate service documentation

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in financial data entry or accounts support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, formulas, filtering)
• Accuracy and attention to detail with numbers and records
• Great time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Confident and clear communicator and team collaborator
• Familiarity with finance systems and community service funding (CHSP experience a bonus)

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Completion of NDIS Orientation Module
• Australian working rights
• First Aid & CPR (by end of probation)
• Driver’s licence (desirable)
