Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct open home inspections

Assist with routine inspections when required

Liaising with prospective tenants as well as current landlords

Maintaining relationships with landlords

Processing applications

Checking current and previous rental history, current employment

Preparing lease documents

Writing reports

Candidate:

A can-do attitude and willingness to help

Minimum 6 - 12 months in Real Estate

A Current Certificate of Registration is essential

Excellent communication skills

A valid driver’s license

Must be available to work Saturdays

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
