We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a successful, award-winning agency in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. The Role:
You’ll be part of an established team made up of 3 Senior Property Managers, 1 Leasing Consultant, and 1 PM Assistant. With a strong support system—including a dedicated Property Operations Manager and offshore admin—you’ll have the time and headspace to focus on your clients and deliver premium service.
Your portfolio will sit between 150–200 properties, and your key responsibilities will include:

• High-level owner and client relationship management
• Routine inspections (only 6–8 per week)
• Coordinating maintenance (with support from your PM Assistant)
• Managing arrears, disputes, and QCAT preparation
• Handling exits only – no entries, leasing, or application processing

What We’re Looking For:

• A Senior Property Manager with strong communication and organisation skills
• A true team player who is proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional service
• A minimum of 2+ years in Property Management with a current certificate of registration
• A car (with $5K car allowance included) – street parking available
