About the Opportunity

As our newest Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager and Business Development Manager's with over 20 years of industry experience in a small, family-owned and operated boutique office in the heart of the Gold Coast.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate communication records

Relief front of house, greeting clients and answering phones

Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills

Provide excellent communication to all clients

Leasing of available properties

Booking marketing

Assisting with social media content creation

Database management

Letter box drops

Open homes. Including Saturday open homes with time off in lieu throughout the week

Entry inspections

Vacating inspections

Ad hoc duties to assist the Property Management Department

About You

Current Certificate of Registration

Property Me knowledge desirable

Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good phone manner

Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience

Excellent relationship-building skills

Can work well under pressure, and thrive in a high paced, exciting and challenging environment

Proactive, punctual, and reliable

Excellent personal presentation and grooming

Highly organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail

Work well within a team
