The Verve Lounge is one of the leading skin health clinics in Brisbane and Fiji. Our mission is to provide clients with result-driven clinical treatment but also incorporate luxury and relaxation so that they don’t feel like another client coming through the door. Our team is made of skin experts who are passionate about providing results through non-invasive methods, have respect for each other and the power to grow together as a team with their clients and the business.

The Verve Lounge is looking for a Clinic Coordinator to oversee our salon’s day-to-day operations. The coordinator’s responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you are familiar with beauty treatments and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you.

To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent client care and staff care. Outstanding Clinic Coordinators are experienced administrators who proactively address issues that prevent the clinic from running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members;

· Continued implementation of business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals;

· Supervise staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed;

· Monitor protocols and procedures to ensure & improve staff productivity;

· Act as a liaison between clients, their families and additional care staff;

· Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic;

· Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.

· Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting;

· 2+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required;

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

· Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions;

· Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers;

· Extremely organised and detail-oriented;

· Ability to delegate tasks as needed;

· Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk;

· Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

· Motivated, organised and professional,

· Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen,

· Ability to build, maintain and be part of high-performance teams,

· Strong written, oral and presentation skills,

· Great social media skills, as interacting with clients through social media is integral to boost our clinic brand and competency with the skin industry,

· Capable of problem-solving and decision making Honest, reliable and professional at all time.
