We’re scaling fast and now looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded Business Development Manager based in Queensland to join our expanding national team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and growing strong relationships with finance brokers and their referral networks

Educating brokers on ARG’s unique value proposition and how it supports clients who fall outside lending criteria

Actively identifying new broker relationships and converting them into consistent referral partners

Collaborating with brokers to workshop deals and provide client-centric solutions

Managing your pipeline and achieving strong revenue outcomes with full support from our internal team

What We’re Looking For:

A hunter mentality with a strong drive to grow your territory

Experience working with finance brokers OR a proven strong track record in B2B sales

Confidence to educate, pitch, and close with credibility and professionalism

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow with a business that rewards performance
