We’re on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Property Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing prime development sites across Qld.

The Role:
As the Property Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the charge in identifying and securing development sites both on-market and off-market, with a focus on residential land and townhouse development opportunities. You’ll leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and network to build a robust pipeline of projects that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Sourcing:

• Identify off-market and on-market land development and townhouse sites that align with our business objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality acquisition opportunities.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility assessments to evaluate potential sites.
• Stay informed on local zoning, planning regulations, and market trends.

Negotiations and Transactions:

• Negotiate with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Manage the acquisition process from initial engagement to settlement, ensuring all due diligence requirements are met.

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, landowners, and industry professionals to source new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, design, and project management, to assess site viability.

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and pipeline development to the leadership team.

About You:

• Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate, or development site sourcing, particularly in residential or townhouse projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends, zoning, and planning regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess feasibility and financial viability.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
