We have partnered with an established architecture studio that continues to grow its presence in Adelaide. Known for delivering high-quality commercial projects, their portfolio includes, but isn't limited to workplace, retail, education, defence and warehousing. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they’re now seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their team and help shape the future of their Adelaide studio.

The Role
As Project Lead, you’ll take ownership of your projects – managing design, coordinating consultants, leading internal teams and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll be trusted to run jobs independently, backed by an experienced Director and a supportive team. Projects vary in scale and complexity, and you’ll be involved from early concept right through to completion.

The Like Mind
You’re a Registered Architect or experienced Project Lead with a strong track record delivering and documenting projects valued at $10M+. Confident using Revit, you bring a thorough understanding of technical documentation, stakeholder engagement and consultant coordination. You communicate clearly, manage deadlines well and bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset. This role suits someone ready to step into a leadership role within a grounded, outcome-driven team.
