The Opportunity
As a Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects run seamlessly-from documentation through to completion.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Preparing and managing building contracts, variations, and purchase orders

Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and trades

Assisting with project schedules, timelines, and workflow tracking

Managing documentation and compliance requirements

Supporting tender and procurement processes

Liaising with clients to ensure a smooth experience throughout the build

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confidence using construction software and Microsoft Office Suite

A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
