About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Administrator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction and commercial renovation projects by supporting project planning, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing critical documentation.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in project coordination, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, resource plans, and procurement timelines.
Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and delivery.
Monitor compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction specifications across multiple sites.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, meeting records, material delivery logs, and contract variations.
Coordinate with clients (including government bodies and private stakeholders) regarding project milestones, reporting, and issue resolution.
Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings, tracking outcomes and follow-up actions.
Support payment applications, invoicing processes, and contract closure documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting workflow enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a project administrator or coordinator
Experience in construction or commercial renovation environments is required
Proven experience working on municipal or commercial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in managing project documentation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office suite.
