A 6 month initial contract for one of Sydney's leading Universities. The Senior Change Analyst supports the delivery of change initiatives aligned with the university's strategic goals. They work under the guidance of change leads or program managers to plan, coordinate, and implement change activities across key projects. Responsibilities include assessing change impacts, supporting stakeholder engagement, and developing communication and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy: Contribute to shaping and refining change strategies to align with the university vision.
- Program Delivery: Coordinate implementation activities, monitor progress, and optimise resource use.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess change-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Operational Readiness: Address potential bottlenecks and barriers to change.
- Training and Development: Design and facilitate training sessions to build capability and promote change resilience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive collaborative initiatives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Support work area reporting and compliance directives.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget implementation and monitor spending.
- Risk Management Protocols: Streamline risk management protocols and prepare for internal evaluations.
- Additional Activities: Perform work activities relevant to the role's key accountabilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in change management delivery in transformation programs in large organisations.
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in the higher education sector
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Senior relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage system changes and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project and change management skills.
