About the role:

• Support project management activities by liaising with internal teams and delivery agencies
• Analyse existing systems, data, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the development of process maps, operating procedures, and program logic
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine and implement better business practices
• Conduct research to identify trends and support data-driven decision making

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis within a government or public sector context
• Strong knowledge of program and project management standards and practices
• Experience in IT-related projects (non-technical) is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
