Certificate of Registration Strata and Preferably a Class 2 Strata licence.

Knowledge of relevant strata legislation.

The Relief Manager position is to provide cover for Strata Managers and Assistants in our operation. Main duties will center around Accounts, Insurance Renewals, Fire Safety, Compliance, Repairs & Maintenance and managing calls and emails in the portfolios.

The ideal candidate will also be confident, well-presented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing timely advice, support and high-quality service to clients.

We are looking for the best in the industry and will remunerate the successful candidate accordingly.

Our office is conveniently located in the Lower North Shore near shops, cafes, public transport and has ample off-street parking available.
