The Company

The Role

Backed by a team including a Strata Assistant and Strata Administrator, as well as a team managing Maintenance, Insurance and Accounts, your day-to-day will include:

• Manage a portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders
• Produce and oversee budgets, expenditure and provide expert advice
• Liaise with internal Departments that support you and your team
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth
• Attend and facilitate strata meetings
• Develop and implement strategies for the long-term success of the Branch

Specific Requirements

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
• Have a customer-centric focus and the ability to operate autonomously
• Strata License, car and driver’s license
