The Company

The Role
Backed by a team including a Strata Assistant and Strata Administrator, as well as a team managing Maintenance, Insurance and Accounts, your day-to-day will include:
- Manage a portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders
- Produce and oversee budgets, expenditure and provide expert advice
- Liaise with internal Departments that support you and your team
- Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth
- Attend and facilitate strata meetings
- Develop and implement strategies for the long-term success of the Branch
Specific Requirements
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
- Have a customer-centric focus and the ability to operate autonomously
- Strata License, car and driver’s license
