MIOG (Melbourne Integrative Oncology Group) is seeking a compassionate and organised Wellness Supervisor & Administrator to join our warm and dedicated team in Bentleigh East.

This in-clinic role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive wellness hub offering cutting-edge supportive and anti-ageing services, including mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT), Infrared Sauna, and Compression Therapy.

As a key member of our team, you'll welcome and guide clients through their wellness experiences, provide calm and professional support during sessions, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic through light cleaning and administrative assistance. You’ll also help manage bookings, gather medical records, and assist our Reception team, making a real impact on the lives of those seeking holistic care.

We're looking for someone who is:

· Friendly, empathetic, and confident with clients;

· Organised and proactive in an administrative setting;

· Comfortable with technology (preferably Mac proficient);

· Able to commit to 1–3 short shifts per week, with flexibility to cover more as needed;

· First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification upon starting).
