HR Coordinator - Sydney Office - Permanent

At Domain Group, we're on the hunt for a keen and curious go-getter to join our team as an HR Coordinator. If you're excited by the idea of making a real difference while learning the ropes in a supportive, fast-paced environment-this could be your perfect launchpad.

Whether you've just wrapped up your studies or bring experience from customer service, admin, or operations-you don't need to come from an HR background. We're looking for someone who's proactive, systems-savvy, and ready to roll up their sleeves to build a strong foundation in HR.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, employee changes, exits-you'll see it all)
• Responding to HR queries via our Jira ticketing system and guiding stakeholders with care and clarity
  
• Helping us stay on top of compliance requirements, including visas and right-to-work documentation
  
• Partnering with Payroll and Systems teams to streamline processes and keep data sharp and up to date
  
• Getting involved in process improvements and documentation refreshes
  
• Playing a hands-on role in creating a seamless, high-impact employee experience

What we're looking for:

• You're highly organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-moving, team-first environment
  
• You're comfortable with systems and tech (bonus if you've worked with Jira or HRIS platforms before)
  
• You ask thoughtful questions, love solving problems, and genuinely care about helping others
  
• You want to build a career in HR, starting with a solid base in operations and employee support
