Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or a HR Coordinator ready to step up, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support a diverse workforce across multiple retail locations. You'll be involved in the full employee life cycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations support, reporting, compliance, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to store and support office teams
  • Assisting with employee relations queries and performance management processes
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting
  • Supporting projects including policy updates, engagement initiatives and compliance audits

About You
You are a confident and proactive HR professional with a strong interest in the fast-moving retail space. You're comfortable working at pace, juggling priorities, and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You will bring:

  • Experience in a similar HR Advisor/Coordinator role- Retail Experience is Essential!!
  • A strong understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team-focused attitude and a flexible, can-do mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
