As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated Accounts Administrator to join our fast-paced environment. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, bank reconciliations, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. Prior experience in the transport industry is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable

Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers

Assisting with payroll processing and superannuation

Bank and account reconciliations

Invoicing and data entry using XERO

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting

General administrative support and office duties

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in an accounts administration or bookkeeping role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus
