What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and setting up supplier accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy across all account data
• Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Working closely with the construction team to deliver up-to-date job costing and financial insights
• Overseeing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Ensuring financial records are kept accurate and current across the board
• Setting up new customer accounts and processing invoices
• Building strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and clients to support collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
• Previous experience in a similar role, within construction or property development
• A solid grasp of financial principles, industry regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
