Accounts Payable/HR Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills in a role that offers variety and the chance to contribute directly to the success of our business. You'll be part of the finance team and will be responsible for a blend of accounts payable, bookkeeping, HR, and general administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Accounts Payable/HR Assistant, your duties will include:

Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping: Processing and reconciling bank statements, processing supplier invoices, reconciling corporate credit card transactions, and monitoring accounts payable. You will also contribute to month-end tasks.

HR/Payroll: Assisting with HR onboarding and offboarding, and processing fortnightly payroll.

General Administration: Assisting with office tasks such as ordering office supplies.

Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in both Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping and HR/Payroll.

Experience with Xero Accounting System, Hubdoc, and Deputy is desirable.

Intermediate Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
