What you’ll be doing

Leading and motivating a dynamic sales team to exceed targets

Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the business

Overseeing daily operations across new, used, finance, and aftermarket

Working closely with the Dealer Principal, service and parts teams to drive performance

Mentoring staff, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with processes

What we’re looking for

7+ years in automotive sales, with proven success in a senior role

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Strategic mindset with strong financial and operational acumen

Ability to deliver results while ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience managing finance, insurance, and business development
